Artwork Guidelines
Supported File Types
Files may be supplied from either Indesign CS4, Quark 7 or Illustrator CS4. Please make sure to package/collect all fonts and links. Please
also supply a pdf visual for our reference.
Please do not supply us print ready pdf files as there are many errors that can occur. If it is not possible to supply the original file we ask that you follow the guidelines below as we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused or extra costs incurred by incorrectly supplied artwork.
Scaling
Files should be sized in proportion - 1:10, 1:4 or 1:2.
Fonts
All fonts should be outlined or provided along with the document.
We cannot work with any fonts that are Open Type or True Type.
Colour Profiling
For images please use the profile ISO Coated Fogra 39 for CMYK and
use Adobe RGB (1998) for RGB.
Image Resolution
To ensure the best quality for your imagery please save images as flattened
tiff files with a resolution of at least 300dpi. We cannot use low resolution JPEGS.
Bleed and Crop Marks
All artwork requires at least 2mm bleed. For wrap mounted prints please add
the substrate thickness plus an extra 25mm for wrapping. Wallpaper will
require an extra 100mm to the right and bottom.
